So the rumor mill has it that the asking price for American History is 90 Million?
In attempts to preserve the Hotel Chelsea as the Mecca that it should be, we of the Virtual Hotel Chelsea do formally make this offer of 90 Million for the purchase of the Hotel.
Of course since we are in Second Life, that offer is in Lindens.
I'll let you all know as soon as the current owners are ready to sign the papers.
