Literary Nights are returning to the remarkable
virtual replica of the RL Hotel Chelsea in NYC;
rebuilt to near-perfect scale by owner Mykal Skall.
Writers of all walks: poetry, fiction, blog, essay and article alike,
along with artists in every genre, feel the pull of the place,
along with artists in every genre, feel the pull of the place,
and from the legendary artists who have lived at the RL Chelsea—
and find inspiration wandering the virtual halls seeing the artwork
and names of famous residents and the rooms they lived in,
along with dancing and listening to music at El Quijote lounge,
impromptu visits with SL neighbors in the lobby or on the sidewalk
under the Chelsea awning, as well as running into ghosts of legends ‘passed’
is all inspiration to write, and gives good reason to come join in on Friday nights
beginning again on May 18th, just a couple of weeks past the SL Chelsea’s 3rd anniversary.
